We love blind items. They give us a sense of hope that the vastly conspiratorial and secretive world of gay Hollywood is as rich and varied as we imagine it is, and that there are so many beard relationships and kinky sexual proclivities out there that the truth would make America's collective head explode. 

Today's item, we wishfully say, sounds like it could refer to Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon, no?

We've always been a fan of hunky Jake Gyllenhaal, who's poised to become a great if all-too-vulnerable leading man.  He's shooting some sort of rom-com in Pittsburgh with Brokeback co-star Anne Hathaway called Love and Other Drugs, and yesterday he was causing all kinds of traffic troubles while filming this running scene.
